US Navy Fighters '97 V1.3: 

Adds command-line arguments when starting the game, 
fixes certain video card problems, and adds TCP/IP 
support for multiplayer. To install, copy the 
file E_USNF97.exe to your USNF`97 directory, then 
run the  E_USNF97.exe.

It will extract the necessary files, then run the 
PATCH.bat. It will patch the files, and tell you 
when it's complete. Just start the game as normal, 
and fly.
